I missed one wave. I won't let you miss this one.

I graduated in '94 and, a few years later, built a little site called redwig — a social-sharing experiment, back before "social" was a thing online. I was early. I was right about where it was headed. And I missed the boat on what it could've become.

I've thought about that for twenty-five years.

Since then I spent a career in operations and IT leadership — running systems, teams, and clients — with a stretch in formal quality management that rewired how I think: measure what matters, build it right, prove it works.

Now I've come full circle — back to the solo professionals, small businesses, and creatives I started among. I believe this AI shift is the wave of the next few years, and I'd rather help as many people get on it as I can than watch them stand on the dock the way I once did.

That's the whole reason this exists. you didn't miss the boat — and I'd like to make sure of it.
