one-on-one · eight weeks · built around your real work

AI in Action

Most "learn AI" options hand you videos and good luck. This is the opposite: just you and me, an hour a week, turning AI into something that actually does your work.

How the eight weeks go

Weeks 1–3 · Foundations

What AI really is (and isn't), how to use it safely, and your own setup — the folders, structure, and context that make it work. By the end you'll talk to AI and get real answers, not word salad.

Weeks 4–6 · Build

We pick a real task from your week and build it into an AI workflow, together — the thing you do over and over that eats your time.

Weeks 7–8 · Make it stick

Habits and guardrails so it lasts, plus the measured before-and-after so you can see exactly what changed.

What a week actually looks like

One hour live, just us. Every session lands something that changes how you see the tool — and ends with something real: a workflow that runs, a capability you didn't have that morning, another piece of your system in place. Between sessions you use it on your actual work, with suggested things to try, read, or watch when you want to go deeper. No homework for homework's sake. By the next session, you've got questions worth an hour.

What you'll have at the end

It's all written down — and it's all yours.

Everything we build lives in files you own: your setup, your workflows, your checks, your recovery plan. Not notes about the work — the working system itself. It doesn't expire when the eight weeks end, doesn't live on my servers, and doesn't need me to keep running.

Is this you?

You run your own thing — a practice, a small business, a creative career. You know AI matters. Maybe you've tried it and bounced off. You'd rather someone sit with you and get it working than watch another tutorial. (Already fluent in AI? This isn't for you — and I'll say so on the call.)

What it costs

Eight weeks, weekly one-on-one, everything above.

Founding clients: $3,000

I take only a few people at a time — it's me, not a team. When the calendar fills, the price goes up.

A few honest answers

The questions people actually ask.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use email, you can do this.

I'm not a total beginner — is this still for me?

The eight weeks meet you where you are. Before week one, the intro call and a short intake show me your starting point — beginners get foundations, tinkerers get structure.

What if I'm not sure AI can even help my work?

That's what the free call is for — we'll find out before you commit.

Which tools?

Whatever fits your work. I'm not selling software, I'm teaching judgment.

What about my passwords and my data?

Week one starts there — password manager, backup, what never goes into an AI. And I will never ask for your passwords, codes, or keys. That's a rule, not a preference.

Is it really just you?

Yes. That's the point.

What if it's not a fit?

I'd rather tell you on the call than take your money.

put AI to work for you.

you didn't miss the boat.

Let's get you on it.
